Key Responsibilities

- Adhere to all safety and environmental guidelines, policies and procedures

- Help operate machinery to expected performance levels

- Assist crew members and work in team environment

- Help meet or exceed production, waste and quality goals

- Assist with setups, troubleshooting and making minor machine adjustments

- Keep work area clean throughout the shift

Basic Qualifications:

- High School Diploma or Equivalent

- One year of manufacturing experience or comparable

- Must be willing to work weekends, holidays and overtime as needed

- Willingness to work in a hot, noisy, industrial environment

- Willingness to perform repetitive and physically demanding tasks for extended periods (lifting, walking, climbing, pushing, etc.)

- Willingness to wear necessary personal protective equipment (safety glasses, ear plugs, steel toes, etc.)

- Ability to lift 50 pounds routinely

- Willingness to maintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations

- Willingness to work any shift

Preferred

- 2 + years manufacturing experience preferred

- Forklift experience
