Currently, Naheola is considering qualified professionals for the role of: Sr. Staff / Project Engineer Responsibilities: - Provide advanced engineering expertise to solve problems and implement changes to mill operations and production and quality capability by developing scope, estimating costs, designing, constructing, purchasing and installing or modifying existing equipment
- Support operations and maintenance in solving recurring issues and support maintenance on scheduled and unscheduled outages
- Manage project costs while providing greatest value to the mill
- Ensure all activities conform to Market Based Management Philosophy and Georgia Pacifics Guiding Principles
Basic Qualifications: - BSEE degree
- At least 6 years of experience in Project Engineering/Management in a manufacturing environment
Preferred Qualifications: - Project Engineering/Management experience within the pulp and paper industry
Skills: - Strong project management skills
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Proven ability to direct and track progress of projects
- Problem solving
- Organizational and communication skills
