Our Santa Teresa, NM facility is currently hiring Production Assistants to support our corrugated manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities:

o Adhere to all safety and health rules, plant rules, policies, procedures and guidelines, including lock out/tag out procedures on the machines.
o Adhere to all plant environmental guidelines, policies and procedures.
o Assist machine crew members as needed.
o Help meet or exceed maintain machine production, waste, and quality goals.
o Keep work area cleaned throughout shift.

Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Willingness to perform repetitive and physically demanding tasks for extended periods (lifting, walking, climbing, pushing, twisting, stooping)

Must be able to work in a hot, cold, humid, noisy manufacturing environment
Willingness to wear necessary Personal Protective Equipment (safety glasses, ear plugs, etc.)
Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds
Willingness to maintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations
Willingness to sign a confidentiality agreement as condition of employment

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous manufacturing experience preferred
