Job Responsibilities:

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older
• Must be willing to adhere to safety rules and regulations
• At least 2 years of industrial/manufacturing experience
• Ability to obtain a mobile equipment license and operate mobile equipment
• Must be able to communicate efficiently both oral and written
• Must be able to work in a team environment
• Must be able to work in a hot, cold, dusty, and noisy industrial environment
• Must be willing to work shift work, variable start times, including overtime, weekends, and holidays (as scheduled)
• Must be willing to wear safety equipment such as safety glasses, hard hats, hearing protection, safety shoes, etc
• Must be willing to sign a confidentiality agreement as condition of employment
• Must be willing to consent to a back ground check
• Must be able to pass a drug test and remain drug free
• Must be willing to work in a tobacco free environment

PREFERRED:

• Previous clamp truck or heavy mobile equipment experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Follows company safety policies and procedures and encourages other associates to do the same.
  
• Safely operates forklift and/or other machinery in order to complete tasks such as loading, unloading, sorting, staging and transporting products.
• Works cooperatively and productively with supervisors and other associates in order to complete tasks.
• Provides and inspires outstanding service to customers (i.e., stores, etc.) by maintaining attention to detail and completing assigned work in a timely manner.
• Maintains condition of roll room and/or warehouse work area (I.e., free of trash, product in correct location, etc).
