Georgia-Pacific has an immediate opeing for a Entry Level position Utility/Laborer at our DeQuincy, LA Sawmill.

The successful candidate will be responsible for general sawmill area cleanup. Will be cross trained to fill in for vacation and sickness on a variety of sawmill machine centers as needed.

Must be able to read, write, speak and comprehend basic English in order to cross train and fill in at a variety of job locations.

Prior experience working in a sawmill, with similar equipment or in similar industrial production jobs will be a benefit when competing for this position.

Must be capable of wearing all OSHA mandated safety equipment required for this job.
