PROCESS TROUBLESHOOTER - 019801
Description
Responsibilities
- Lead Pre-Shift meetings to prepare the team for the upcoming shift
- Lead and delegate to a team of 9-12 other team members
- Constant communication with the Shift Team Leader
- Communicating and assisting Maintenance Technicians
- Repair issues to avoid downtime
- Utilizing customer feedback to correct production deficiencies
- Machine and forklift operations
- Product grading, loading, unloading and stacking
- Other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have at least 1 year of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
- Must be willing to work any shift, weekends, holidays and overtime, as needed
- Must be willing to work 12 hour rotating shifts
- Must be able to work in a hot, cold, humid, noisy, industrial environment
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. routinely, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks repetitively for extended periods of time (i.e. lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing and/or pulling), with or without reasonable accommodation
- Must be willing to wear the necessary Personal Protection equipment (PPE) (i.e. hard hats, safety glasses, face shield, chemical suit, respirator, ear plugs, hearing protection, steel-toe boots or safety shoes and other PPE required by specific jobs) with or without reasonable accommodation
- Must be willing to sign a confidentiality agreement as a condition of employment
- Must be willing to maintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations
