Automotive Instructor - Adjunct
Job Location: Garden City, KS
QUALIFICATIONS:
Expertise in:
Electrical Systems
Electrical/electronic background required.
Automotive industry experience required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to stand and sit for extended periods; speak and hear clearly in group settings and at a distances of 30 feet; maintain physical mobility, alertness, and composure; utilize appropriate presentation materials and equipment; and transport self and equipment to various campus/community/area sites as needed.
SCOPE OF JOB:
Teaching day or evening courses as assigned, using lecture, lab, hands-on demonstration, cooperative learning, and other methods in on-campus or at off-campus outreach locations. Courses are offered in accordance with established standards and course syllabi.
ASSIGNMENT:
Reports to appropriate Division Director; and through the Director to the appropriate Dean and the College President.
SALARY:
Based on adjunct pay scale.
