This position will identify participants with Job Connection who have obtained employment and will initiate and maintain a relationship with those who have obtained employment in the prior three (3) months to determine employment retention and/or if support services are needed.  This position will provide post-employment services, such as workshops, and/or service referrals in the event that a participant has identified barriers to maintaining employment.

REQUIREMENTS:  Must be bilingual (English/Spanish) and have strong skills in Microsoft Office.  Associates Degree in field of Human Services, Education, Liberal Arts is preferred, or an acceptable combination of related experience and education to support the mission.  Must be able to work flexible hours Monday-Friday, including evenings.
