Obtain, enter and interpret credit applications and credit bureau information in compliance with the company`s policies and
procedures.

Review and evaluate each credit application, make credit buying decisions in compliance with company policies, procedures, and credit evaluation systems, and promptly communicate that decision to the retailer.

Manage and build retailer relationships by responding to all credit inquiries with company turnaround standards.

Effectively handle various inquiries from merchants/dealers regarding all phases

Qualifications/Requirements

1+ year of customer service experience

Must be able to work a 6 week rotating schedule that includes Saturdays and Sundays
