General production - If you are interested in working for Grande Cheese and there are no available positions that match your skills at this time, we invite you to complete this general application. Positions frequently open at Grande in our production areas. Some of the more common jobs are as follows:

• Curd Processing - assist in all phases of curd processing of cheesemaking
• Sanitation - dismantle, clean, sanitize, and assemble process equipment
• Whey Powder Packaging - operate powder packaging machine for filling, weighing and sealing. Load, wrap & store finished product for shipment to customer
• Dice/Shred Packaging - tend machines that fill, mark, label, band, pack or wrap containers
• Maintenance - perform general & preventative maintenance of production equipment, troubleshoot any issues or concerns
• Curd Handling - take curd from tipping vat to mat, mill, cut and transfer to conveyor for mixing. Meet set criteria and timing for cooker stretcher.
• Floats (all levels) - perform & rotate among the many duties throughout the facility
