Description:
George's Inc a non union poultry processing plant with 900 plus employees located in Cassville, Missouri has an immediate opening for a Plant Manager.
The preferred candidate will have a four year college degree and at least 10 years poultry processing experience (slaughter and further processing). The candidate should possess and be proficient in organizing, prioritizing, and directing a wide range of projects. The ideal candidate must have exceptional leadership skills and should have a working knowledge of business environments to include personnel supervision, administration, and ability to present information and communicate effectively with all levels of employees and USDA. Must be computer literate. Management experience should include: analyzing and interpretation of policies and procedures, people management, budget and forecasting, and SPC and TQM processes to improve results.
Ability to work overtime, weekends, and travel as required.
