Job Summary:
Due to continuous growth, George's Inc., a fully-integrated poultry company, located in Springdale, AR, has exciting new opportunities at the Further Processing Plant:
Requirements
- 5 years verifiable par fry breading departments/fully cooked experience
- Position is on the second shift
- Good communication skills
- Be able to motivate others
- Proven track record
- Thorough record keeping & documentation
Job Duties for Par Fry Area Manager:
- Ability to correlate with production, maintenance, Quality Assurance & USDA
- Manage two par fry lines on 2nd shift
- Responsible for quality, yields & cost for the shift
- Ability to manage salaried & hourly employees
