HR (Human Resource) Supervisor
Job Location: Springdale, AR
Job Summary:
The HR Supervisor is responsible for the administration of the human resources policies, procedures and programs and managing plant personnel functions in the following areas: interviewing, selection, hiring, transfers, compensation, employee relations, and terminations. Other responsibilities are to ensure that all disciplinary actions are consistent and fair, and to monitor adherence to EEO and ADA labor/employment laws. This position is responsible for supervising the receptionist, trainers, and laundry room personnel. The HR Supervisor reports directly to the Plant HR Manager.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent. 1 or more years of experience.
Special Skills:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Basic Computer skills in order to generate spreadsheets and simple reports.
