Job Description:

Receives and interviews patients to collect and verify pertinent demographic and financial data. Collects required payments or makes necessary financial arrangements. Performs all assigned duties in a courteous and professional manner.

Job Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required and and two (2) years experience in Billing, Collections, and/or customer service required. Job related course work beyond high school in Medical Terminology and/or insurance preferred. Working weekends and holidays is required.
