Account Manager
Job Location: Manhattan, KS

Job Description:
Account Manager’s primary role is to support the Sales team.
Responsibilities include building relationships with existing clientele, who are typically athletic coaches, by servicing incoming calls regarding existing orders, artwork approval, facilitating payment, product recommendations and/or order status. Successful candidates must be motivated self-starters who thrive in a team environment and enjoy working with athletic coaches and teams. They must also be highly organized, enthusiastic, and have strong verbal communication skills.
Qualifications:
Requirements include a bachelor’s degree and/or two years of customer service or sales related work experience. Previous experience as a coach at the high school, college, or youth level, and/or cheer, dance, or gymnastics – a big plus. Starting salary is $24,000 per year with opportunities for upward mobility within GTM‘s fast growing sales and customer service departments.
