Inside Sales Representative
Job Location: Manhattan, KS
Job Description:
The Inside Sales Representative’s primary responsibility is to ensure the best customer experience while growing sales.
Duties include servicing incoming and outgoing sales calls, gaining new accounts and expanding existing accounts, recommending appropriate products based upon customer needs, and building relationships with clientele, many of whom are coaches. 2-3 weeks of travel per year attending sports related conferences and potential customers is required. This position offers an established account base with good upward mobility in our fastest growing division.
Qualifications:
Successful candidates must be motivated self-starters who are highly organized, enthusiastic, have strong verbal communication skills and enjoy a fast paced environment. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree and/or two years of sales related work experience. Knowledge of/or previous experience as a coach at the high school, college, or youth level, and/or cheer, dance, or gymnastics – a big plus.
Compensation:
Expected first year compensation plan including salary, commission, and bonuses will be in the $30,000 to $35,000 range.
