Job Description
This position is responsible for leading a team of web marketing staff including the marketing manager, content coordinator, graphic designer and web programmers. They will execute marketing and business development strategies designed to drive website traffic and online sales.
This person is responsible for the financial objectives of our e-commerce initiatives, in accordance with the strategic plan and meeting the company goals. They will also develop and implement reporting and audit standards as well as operational procedures to ensure the quality of the customer’s shopping experience. They are also responsible for on-line promotions and product presentation in partnership with Marketing and Merchandising. They will translate concepts from business requirements into wireframes and functional flows to communicate ideas for navigation and interactive models. They will review website usage, competitive trends, and track and report on ways to move GTM to an e-commerce leader and world class brand.
GTM is flexible regarding job location. The candidate must be willing to travel to Manhattan, KS for strategy sessions and other meetings. However, candidate may be able to work from home on a daily basis.
Position requires a degree in related field and must have five years of progressive experience in E-commerce. Great working environment and standard business hours from 8 A.M - 5 P.M.
