OBJECTIVES OF POSITION

Mitigate risk to Green Tree by accurately processing and filing security claims and documents with the US Bankruptcy court electronic filing system.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Recognize loan documents and order missing documents as appropriate.
• Obtain pertinent filing information from court website
• Properly identify different Bankruptcy chapters
• Properly identify Green Tree`s treatment in the bankruptcy
• Manually calculate delinquency at filing and backdate payoff figures
• Transfer payoff and delinquency information to proof of claim form
• Electronically file proof of claim with courts
• Other duties as assigned

• Post high school education preferred
• Strong oral communication skills
• PC knowledge
• Good numeric aptitude and analytical skills
• Professional presence
• Detail oriented and organized
