Skills:
Must be able to learn and follow simple and complex work instructions. Must be able to adhere to a strict attendance policy. Must be able to adhere to all policies as outlined in the handbook, safety training, corporate policy, orientation, or employee meetings.
Must be able to do repetitive lifting, pushing, pulling, grasping and fine manipulation work for arms, wrists, hands and shoulders with little or no variation in tasks.
Must be able to do arithmetic computations involving addition, subtraction and division of whole numbers for completion of accurate production records.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
Must be able to read, speak, and understand English.
Must be capable of doing heavy lifting and/or physical labor.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Must be medically qualified to wear a respirator.
Must be willing and able to work overtime when required.
Must be able and willing to wear prescription and/or non-prescription safety glasses while working.
Must be able and willing to work for up to 12 hours on EnerSys`s premises without using tobacco.
Must be willing to shower using same gender showering facilities when required.
Must be able and willing to provide blood samples when required.
Must be able and willing to work with lead, lead products, fiberglass, and fiberglass products.
