Responsibilities
Position Summary / Job Description:
Candidate will be a business partner to Program Management on the Iraq T6 Support Program. Candidate will be responsible for providing clear, concise and timely business information to Program Management that enables intelligent program decisions.
Specific program related responsibilities include:
- Management of program cash flow (billings)
- Preparation of monthly accounting entries
- Pricing & negotiation of contract changes and new contracts
- Development of Annual Operating Plans (AOP) and monthly forecasts
- Identification and quantification of Risks & Opportunities to plan/forecast
- Preparation and support of monthly program reviews
- Development of program Estimates and Completion (EACs)
- Program cost analysis and identification of cost reduction initiatives
Required Skills:
Comfortable with Microsoft Office and SAP
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface with customers
- Strong leader with a forward looking thought process
- Multitasking capabilities
- Self starter
Preferred Skills:
Experience with following:
- Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Truth in Negotiation Act (TINA)
- Cost Accounting Standards (CAS)
- Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) and Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA)
Education Required:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance; or equivalent years related work experience
Preferred Education:
Master's Degree in Business
