Position Summary
The Field Service Technology Project Manager requires a candidate with a thorough understanding of business processes and operational experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. This person will need to be able to work through the SAP CRM processes and understand specifically the Beechcraft Touch-log and Field Condition Report (FCR) process. This individual will play a key role in organizing and integrating information into SAP CRM from various other sources and uses such as reporting, field connectivity, IT solutions, web based programs and aircraft technical programs.
In addition the candidate will be expected to help manage several projects simultaneously to include process development, document control, technical teams, and connectivity issues internally as well as external domestic and international team members. It is also expected that this position will help coordinate our FSI/Beechcraft MX Pro Training, tool availability, and aircraft scheduling for classes as well as participate in ACSEP, ISO 9001, and QA Audit preparation for Global Customer Support.
Finally, this individual will play a key role in telecommunications support, specifically implementation of current and future phone systems that network and connect the field service representative organization.
Minimum Qualifications:
Capable of organizing and executing multiple projects simultaneously, General working knowledge of SAP CRM, SAP ECC Process Flow experience, Ability to train others on processes.
Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent experience.
Other Considerations:
Project Management fundamentals, Experience on Web Interface applications, Multi-tasker capable of working cross functionally.
Limited infrequent travel may be required to train Field Service Representatives.
