Position Summary
Position Summary / Job Description:
This position will provide application functional support in SAP R/3 applications, primarily in the Human Resource Management (HRM) module, specifically focused on supporting Human Resources and Payroll processes. The position includes everything from developing conceptual designs and functional specifications through acceptance testing and defect resolution. In addition, the individual will coordinate the creation and/or update of training materials, and as needed, conduct the training classes.
The individual will be interacting with business stakeholders, and he/she will assist with identifying problems and opportunities. The position also entails contributions toward defining and/or improving processes and efficiencies and effectively communicating the requirements to our third party service provider.
Additionally, the position will include scheduling / monitoring system jobs and answering general questions from the business.
Required Skills:
Experience in SAP HRM Module
Experience in supporting Payroll operations
Microsoft Office experience
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Preferred Skills:
Independent Worker
SharePoint
2+ years experience in SAP HRM Module
Education Required:
Bachelor degree
3+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience
3+ years of recent SAP HRM experience
Preferred Education:
Bachelor degree from Accredited College
