Position Summary
POSITION SUMMARY:
This position will sustain our current survey programs, manage new projects and provide measurable results. This position will allow us to increase the efficiency and capability of our survey programs, which will increase the amount of feedback we are able to gain and our ability to use this data effectively within our organization.
TOP THREE (3) PRIORITIES:
1. Use of technology in support and administration of survey projects.
2. Manipulate database resources to research and update customer and aircraft activities and/or provide survey solutions.
3. Maintain survey records and disseminate data within the organization.
SUCCESS MEASURES:
Ability to support organizational survey project requests.
Increases in survey responses.
Organizational visibility of survey data.
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIIES:
Design, build and distribute surveys using Qualtrics, prepare reports of survey results, delegate and track follow-up activities for survey responses, support Customer Relations department tasks.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree or survey/research experience equivalent of 2-4 years; excellent technology skills to include: database experience, Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint, web based survey products; HTML or Java; and previous customer service and/or support experience.
OTHER CONSIDERATIONS:
Occasional travel, ability to lift up to 50 lbs., periodically cover the responsibilities of co-works in case of absence, and/or work past 5:00 pm to meet deadlines or support special projects.
