Position Summary
Develop and maintain an accurate, timely, complete and executable material requirements plan that meets the aftermarket spares support efforts.
This position requires a highly motivated, detail oriented employee to multi-task by keeping multiple customer requests moving simultaneously while supporting other directives of Supply and Demand. The selected candidate will be responsible for military order placement and follow-through executions for the delivery of military customer orders, as well as ensure the health of MRP.
Customer service interface and facilitation with appropriate personnel and processes is required for successful on-time delivery of spares requirements and any movement / shipment of goods to their customer directed destinations. Job responsibilities will include government WAWF (Wide Area Work Flow) filings and AES filings in support of all international ITAR and Commercial goods, as well as handle materials for the T6 Demo fleet.
Utilize SAP, MRP, and Supply Chain knowledge for material completions (Supply & Demand, Need Dates & Lead-Times, Exception Messages, Transfers, CCB (Engineering Change Board, aggregates and resolves material issues and replacements)

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate must be organized and professional, with a sense of urgency in order to meet Internal and external customer expectations, as well as meet contract schedules and demands.
Must also have professional communication skills to facilitate resolutions of road blocks (non- part) availability, define responsibilities and ownership of materials)
Must be proficient in MS Computer skills and have strong customer service skills
Will perform daily SAP functions, data base and spread sheet entry for shortage reporting, on-time deliveries, and metrics tracking
Facilitate the on-time purchase and or build of customer orders to ensure on-time deliveries are met
