Position Summary
This position interacts with the Foreign Special Mission customers on a daily basis and provides support at multiple levels. This individual will need to interact with other Team Members and various Support Entities.

TOP PRIORITIES:
Manage all aspects of Major Foreign Government Customers including but not limited to:
Handle day to day Customer Business in SAP, HBP&D website, email and voice communications.
Work with Customers Expedite requests by improving Factory and Vendor delivery dates and by communicating with internal and external sources.

SUCCESS MEASURES:
Annual Sales Figures
Customer Satisfaction Surveys
Feedback from the Individual Contributing members of the team
Review of accomplishments with HBP&D Management

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Represent HBP&D in meetings with Customers both at the Factory and Customer facilities.
Provide Sales Reports to HBP&D Management and to individual Customers.
Daily interactions with Customer, HBP&D Support Organizations, and Beechcraft Corporate entities.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor Degree or Related Prior Job Experience.
Working Knowledge of SAP or other related MRP Systems.
Government Sales Experience is preferred.
2+ years experience in customer support, sales, or account management.
Office 2010 Program Skills is requisite.
Working Knowledge of aircraft parts and customer service Manufacturing/Procurement operations is a plus.
Problem Solving Skills.
Interpersonal Skills in working with a variety of both Internal and External parties to resolve problems when they arise.
Self Motivation to Accomplish any and all tasks set out for the Team.

OTHER CONSIDERATIONS:
Potential Travel to meet customers.
Some flexible work schedules may be required.
