Position Summary
As Compensation Analyst, you will administrate all elements of compensation programs; You will assist HR Leaders to establish/update salary administration procedures, integrate systems for all compensation and job placement framework, and maintain/audit the policies and procedures surrounding compensation. These essential functions and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Performing research and analysis to support the development, implementation and administration of compensation programs.
Conducting annual market pricing; coordination of merit pay activities and processing, coordination/processing/reporting of incentive programs, processing of special payments.
Participation in compensation and benefit surveys and conduct benchmarking.
Administration of job classifications and description to ensure proper placement of positions and salary structures.
Production of detailed, accurate metrics and ad hoc reporting; as well as compliance reporting for AAP, EEOC
Maintaining current knowledge of environmental, legal and regulatory factors that impact compensation practices as well as industry trends in total reward strategies.
Partner with benefits, org development, and HR Leaders in coordination, integration, and alignment of total reward, recognition and compensation.
Educating Managers and Leaders in the administration and interpretation of the company compensation program and legal compliance areas of compensation.
Partner with Talent Acquisition team to model and develop compelling appropriate offers.

As Retirement Analyst, you will support the daily administration of both defined contribution and defined benefit plans utilizing third party administrators. This role requires working knowledge of defined benefit pension plan and savings plan documents, compliance requirements, processes and procedures, and administration systems. Core responsibilities include :
Answering basic to moderately complex plan questions from HR generalists and plan participants.
Vendor management; including responding to external service providers.
Maintaining plan administration records and providing audit detail.
Coordinate review and approval of Qualified Domestic Relations Orders (QDROs).
Assist with the development and ongoing maintenance of a comprehensive operational plan, procedures and documentation. This involves ongoing review of existing procedures and identification of operational enhancements. This also involves the review and updating of existing forms and participant communications for all locations.
Support the coordination and completion of monthly and annual pension administration processes.
Review monthly data reports, investigate identified errors and correct participant records as applicable.
Assist with preparation of information for the annual audit and government filings.
Respond to requests for plan participant information from savings plan record keeper.
Assist with production and distribution of retirement plan communications.
Assist in the management of online benefit information. This includes posting, reviewing and keeping relevant content up to date both at our TPA’s and internal Company sites.

TOP THREE (3) PRIORITIES:

Lead the implementation of the compensation program tool – REWARD
Compliance and Reporting for all legal and regulatory requirements for both compensation and retirement plans
Daily administration of compensation and benefit plans in a fully compliant and efficient manner while providing excellent customer service

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead or assist with other projects and duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s Degree with a strong academic record; preferred focus in math, business administration, accounting, finance, HR management or related field or equivalent work experience.
5-7 years of progressive human resource experience with at least 3+ years of compensation experience and 2+ years of retirement plans administration required. International and Executive Compensation background and experience a plus, as well as Government Contractor workplace experience.

Candidates must have comprehensive knowledge of compliance and reporting requirements applicable to compensation and HR including OFCCP, AAP and EEO regulations. Comprehensive knowledge of compliance and reporting requirements applicable to defined benefit pension plans and 401(k) plans also required; as well as superior experience with Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite software. Proficient with HRIS systems and reporting; SAP experience preferred. Project Management and applicable experience a plus. Must be skilled written and verbal communicators and be a solid team player with excellent communication and interpersonal competencies, who can work collaboratively, and effectively influence and negotiate with all levels of staff and management. Candidate must be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and enjoys being part of a transformational HR department and has the ability to deal with ambiguity and adapt to change readily and rapidly.

OTHER CONSIDERATIONS:

Any CCP/CFP/CBP/GRP/ WLCP or PHR/SPHR/GPHR other comparable designations preferred.
