Practice Type:
Income guarantee for the first year of $120,000 plus $20,000 sign on bonus. Retention bonus at the end of the 2nd and 3rd year of $10,000 each year. The position is an employed position with practice administration and operational support. See approximately 20 patients per day. Work 4 clinic-days per week. EMR is presently being implemented. The clinic is 4 blocks from the hospital.
Agreement Contract Type:
Employment arrangement. The hospital owns the clinic and also manages the support staff. Relocation assistance provided.
Income Expected:
$120,000. Health insurance benefits for the physician and their family. Retirement program.
Call Schedule:
1:7 call rotation on the weekend. They follow their own patients during the week. There is an option to turn over admits to the hospitalists at the hospital.
