A registered nurse eligible for licensure in the State of Oregon.
Bachelors degree in Nursing required and a Masters degree in nursing, healthcare administration, business, or public health administration preferred.
Minimum of three years clinical management experience.
Minimum of three years revenue cycle experience.
INCOME:
Salary range maximum is $59.37/hr DOE
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The manager will have overall responsibility for the Operating Room operational budget totaling $27 million with 120 FTE’s and will play a key role in helping achieve the highest quality healthcare in a clinically and fiscally accountable manner.
ORGANIZATION INFORMATION:
We offer 18 Operating Rooms, with a broad spectrum of specialties including, but not limited to open hearts, a strong orthopedic/ neuro focus and retinas. Approximately 13,000 surgeries are performed annually in our Surgical Services Department.
