If so, consider applying for Heartspring's Paraeducator position. We currently have several openings for the daytime, weekend and 2nd shift.
In this job you would provide instruction and positive behavioral support to children with developmental disabilities and behavior disorders in a group home setting on the Heartspring campus. Experience/training with individuals with disabilities is preferred however we provide an excellent training program. Liberal benefits include two weeks annual paid leave.
Minimum Requirements:
* High School diploma or GED, valid KS driver's license and good driving record.
Compensation:
Starting pay $10.00-$12.54 based on related experience. Must be able to physically manage inappropriate behaviors.
