Crane Engineering is looking for a driven and customer-focused Account Manager to join our Water & Wastewater Team in Minnesota.

Crane Engineering is a growing organization, with locations in Wisconsin and Minnesota. We are a leading provider of field service, pumps, valves, filters, other fluid handling equipment to a broad range of industries. For over 80 years we have been providing our customers with value. Responsibilities

Travel within assigned sales territory to meet with water & wastewater customers

Provide solutions to most water & wastewater issues

Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers

Develop and execute sales plan for assigned sales territory

Meet/exceed sales goals for all products and services in assigned sales territory

Collaborate to understand the customer's process and identify the most effective solutions

Educate water & wastewater customers on how products and services can benefit them

Stay current with new products, competitors, and industry trends

Ensure customers receive best-in-class experience

Work within CRM to keep customer and opportunity records current



Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering or Operations experience preferred

Previous water & wastewater experience preferred

Successful candidates will be mechanically inclined to identify customer solutions
