As a full-service provider of customized and integrated solutions, we work closely with our clients, carefully managing their facilities so they don't have to.
Responsibilities: In a typical week you could perform:
  • Primary duties include basic cleaning of residential units in an Independent Living community
  • Daily routine can include, but is not limited to:
    • Vacuuming, moping, sweeping, dusting assigned residential rooms and common areas
    • Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them
    • Clean windows and mirrors
    • Clean and supply restrooms
    • Remove waste and empty trash
    • Maintain cleaning chart indicating areas that were cleaned and inspected
    • Replenish cleaning and maintenance supplies
    • Organize janitorial storage areas
    • Notify supervisors about unsafe conditions or concerning the need for repairs or maintenance
  • Assisting as needed in other specialty areas of the building, including assisted living and long-term care areas
  • And more...
Requirements:
  • Possess outstanding customer service skills and attitude
  • High school diploma or GED
  • OR 1 to 3 years of experience
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Must have the ability to complete required safety classes
  • Experience working in a health care or retirement community is a plus
Additional Requirements:
  • Must be able to pass FBI background check and State of Ohio BCII background check
  • Must be able to pass sanctions checks for working in heath care facilities
  • Valid Driver's License
