Chief Engineer
Job Location: Wichita, KS
Description:
Kinseth Hotel Corporation and the Holiday Inn Select, Wichita, KS are seeking an experience Chief Engineer.
Responsibilities will be to manage the day-to-day and long term operations of the maintenance department.
This will include the following:
- Upkeep of all guest rooms including monthly preventative schedule including A/C maintenance and plumbing.
- Upkeep of the buildings exterior including parking area, clean, paint and police.
- Purchase equipment supplies as required.
- Assure regular maintenance is scheduled and completed on all hotel equipment including HVAC system, A/C units, swimming pools, jacuzzi, gym equipment, pool dehumidification, boilers, phone systems, electrical and laundry equipment.
- Implement a comprehensive preventative maintenance program.
- Direct a team of 8 full-time maintenance associates to complete desired goals.
- Maintenance and preventative maintenance of kitchen and equipment. Upkeep of all public and back of the house spaces and banquet rooms.
