Hours:
8:00 am - 4:30 pm / Monday - Friday
Qualifications:
• Pharmacist required.
• Must have extensive experience and knowledge of Pharmacy IT and systems.
• Implementation experience of CPOE and PIS required. (Computerized Physician Order Entry, Pharmacy Information System)
• Must be familiar with automation systems such as Pyxis.
• Hands on experience with Eclipsys CPOE system preferred.
Job Description:
• In charge of the pharmacy IT and systems.
• Work with the pharmacy system technician to maintain the pharmacy systems.
• Configures and implement various interfaces among the pharmacy systems and the hospital systems.
• Responsible for hardware and software within the pharmacy.
