Description
We are looking for an individual with strong initiative and self-direction. Results are achieved with and through people, so a sincere appreciation for people and how they are motivated is a foundation for this position. If you are self-confident individual that would like to positively impact, motivate and develop a team, you are right for this position. As a Team Manager, you are responsible for managing the quality and productivity of the staff.
Position Requirements
RN license is required
BSN preferred with 3-5 years management experience referably in a hospice or homecare organization.
Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse preferred
