Description
We are looking for someone who can be flexible to go where needed, making visits in patient homes and Nursing Homes as needed within our 8 county service area.
This position could also be split into two part-time positions, each working every other weekend.
The Visiting/On-Call RN will provide families and patients with after-hours emergency care and support, making visits and providing educational information as needed.
Position Requirements
Registered Nurse, State of Ohio
Valid drivers license and active automobile insurance
CPR certification
Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse (CHPN) preferred
** A Safe driving record is mandatory: no more than 3 moving violations or more than one chargeable accident in the past 36 months and no major convictions (drunk, drug or reckless driving) within the past 7 years.
