Description:
The Admission Nurse performs admission functions and is responsible for the initial nursing assessment by conducting a clinical and psychosocial evaluation and originating the plan of care. Coordinates care for all patients and provides nursing care, education and support to the patient, family and/or caregivers. Promotes professional integrity and the highest levels of customer service.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of AA degree in nursing; Bachelors Degree preferred.
* Current Florida RN license in good standing.
* Two years experience in med/surg, oncology, hospice or homehealth.
* Current CPR. o Valid Florida Driver's License, current automotive insurance coverage and access to reliable transportation.
Hiring Range:
$20.80-$26.00
