Physical Therapist (PT)

Description:
The Physical Therapist is responsible for the provision, direction, and evaluation of skilled therapy interventions in the treatment of the patient’s illness, rehabilitative needs and preventative care. The Physical Therapist provides supervision and coordination of patient services as required.
Qualifications:
1. Must be a graduate from a Physical Therapy program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association, the Committee of Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the Medical Association, or the Council on Medical Education of the American Medical Association, or meets alternate qualifications as stated in State / Federal Home Health Regulations.
2. Must have a current license / registration in the state in which he / she will practice.
3. Minimum of 1year acute care or home care experience in the area of specialty.
