We are seeking a Direct Mail Sales Professional for our client, a rapidly growing Lettershop/Directmail organization serving the Mid-Atlantic Region located in Arbutus, Maryland.
Responsibilities:
* Prospects and generates new business through different types of self- generated leads
* Actively participates in the retention and recruitment efforts of new and existing customers
* Ability to work independently and effectively to meet day-to-day selling challenges
* Responsible for achieving new business growth.
* Prepare, review and deliver quotes to clients
* Staying abreast of company and competitors products and pricing
* Promoting company image and products at business shows
Qualifications:
* Proven track record of new account development
* Excellent customer relations, time management and resolution skills
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Demonstrated success in business to business sales the Direct Mail industry, experience with continuous laser applications preferred.
* Minimum 7-10 years sales experience.
* Must have Direct Mail/ Document Processing or Printing industry experience.
* Selling success achieving/exceeding sales goals.
* Tenacious prospector of high-level executives
* College degree
* Thrive in a competitive environment
* Experience and proficiency with consultative selling approach
* Entrepreneurial drive motivated by sales results and associated income
* Microsoft Office
Compensation package includes the opportunity for generous commission for new business generated.
