Our progressive and entrepreneur-spirited client located in Fort Washington, MD seeks a full time director to develop and implement human resources and office administration practices that will advance this Healthcare System toward an employee-oriented, high performance culture. This top notch professional shall manage and lead the human resource function, with an emphasis on strategic human resource management, empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.
This position oversees and coordinates the implementation of services, policies, and programs for all three client locations. Serves on the management team, using a consultative approach in advising managers on various human resource issues.

The successful candidate will have a graduate degree in human resources or related field; 5 years of human resource management experience, Healthcare industry preferred; PHR/SPHR desired; consultative and collaboration approach; appreciative of a highly talented and innovative team of professionals and subject matter experts.
