If you love managing details, you will excel in this multifaceted role as you handle the following responsibilities and duties:
- Schedules appointments
- Execute special projects as needed.
- Coordinates meetings; manage the Manager's calendar
- Orders and maintains marketing supplies for the department.
- Maintains files/records for the department,
- Receives and screens visitors and telephone calls and notifies appropriate staff or records and relays messages in a timely manner.
- Sorts and distributes incoming mail, faxes, and emails
- Draft and edit correspondence, as well as assist with a number of exciting projects!
Requirements
- At least 3 years experience providing administrative support
- Advanced grammar and spelling
- Excellent computer skills, including the Internet, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; and Adobe
- Type at least 50 words per minute.
- Demonstrated ability to operate standard office machines, including copier, multi-line phone, and PC.
- Demonstrated ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work with limited supervision.
- Exceptional leadership qualities, including a tough, but fair mentality; a common sense, hard-working approach.
- Devotion to follow-through and moving projects to completion through organization and being proactive.
- A team-oriented, and flexible style that is effective at interacting and influencing others cross-functionally within an organization.
- A positive spirit. Energy. Openness to dialogue and debate. A passion for increasing the value and effectiveness of a business and its products and services. A deep sense of team and community.
