We are seeking candidates for the position of CSR/ Account Manager on behalf of our client, a mail production/ commercial print company, located in Arbutus, Maryland.
Specific responsibilities:
- Develops spreadsheets to track critical customer and operational data and creates related reports.
- Provides direct communication to customers, working to resolve questions and respond to inquiries.
- Works with customers to understand their business and develops ways to improve their mail quality.
- Provides a monthly or quarterly account review with each assigned customer.
- May visit customer sites and interact with customer in person.
Requirements
- ***Experience in mail/ direct-mail, printing, or manufacturing industries a MUST***
- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Must have a professional demeanor when working with customers and vendors.
- Must have proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- At least one (1) year of related experience is preferred.
- Ability to quickly learn new software programs, and be well versed in Microsoft Office
This position offers a competitive compensation and benefits package.
