Remediation Specialist
Job Location: Farmington, CT
Job Summary:
HRP Associates, Inc. is seeking a professional with 3-8 years experience in the areas of soil, groundwater, and soil gas remediation for our Farmington, CT office. We are looking for someone who has performed successful remediation of environmental contamination in a variety of hydrogeological settings under various conditions. Experience with the application of multiple insitu innovative remediation technologies, including chemical oxidation/reduction, enhanced biodegradation, extraction methodologies, etc. using state of the art equipment and processes is preferred. HRP is looking for an experienced professional that can perform all aspects of the application of these technologies, including, assessment, design, pilot testing, implementation, optimization, etc.
The successful candidate will also have demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to effectively interface with clients regarding complex technical issues. A Bachelor's degree in chemistry, environmental engineering, geology, or hydrogeology is preferred. A relevant advanced degree is a plus.
