Regional Office Manager
Job Location: Harrisburg to Greater Philadelphia, PA
Job Description:
HRP Associates, Inc. is an environmental engineering consulting firm with offices in Connecticut, Florida, New York, Pennsylvania, and South Carolina. HRP is currently in the process of relocating our Pennsylvania operations from Harrisburg to the Greater Philadelphia-Eastern Pennsylvania area. We are seeking a motivated and outgoing individual with successful consulting experience in the region to assume the role of the Regional Office Manager.
HRP has an established 25-year history of consistent growth. We specialize in contaminated site characterization, remedial action, civil engineering, and environmental compliance services. As an 85 person firm, HRP has sufficient resources to secure and manage a diversity of national and international contracts, but at the same time we have retained a flexible management approach which allows employees the freedom to succeed using their individual styles and talents. This position requires eight to ten years experience, including three to five years in responsible charge of hydrogeological and remedial investigations, civil engineering and/or environmental compliance projects, with hands-on knowledge of Pennsylvania and/or New Jersey environmental programs. Business and client development skills and the desire and ability to apply these skills to cultivate and expand client relationships is a must. The selected individual will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the office. HRP allows each of our Regional Office Managers the autonomy to pursue success based on their office's location and staff expertise, and regional market considerations. At the same time, the Regional Office Manager will receive appropriate support and assistance from all of HRP's offices.
