Overview:
AQYR Inc., an executive search firm specializing in the placement of aerospace professionals, has partnered with an international aircraft manufacturer to recruit an Experienced Avionics Engineer. This is an immediate need for someone in a critical role! The position is located in Wichita, Kansas. It's a full-time, permanent position with paid benefits (medical, 401K and more!)
Responsibilities:
Be part of a team of engineers in the Avionics field to support the design, development, flight test and certification of a Business Aircraft. Integrate supplier components/systems into the aircraft systems. Prepare certification documentation, certification plans, design compliance reports. Prepare component level and aircraft level test plans and provide analysis of results.
Qualifications:
Bachelors in Electrical Engineering
Ten years experience in electrical systems integration and design
Knowledge of FAA certification requirements
