Overview:
AQYR Inc., an executive search firm specializing in the placement of aerospace professionals, has partnered with an international aircraft manufacturer to recruit Program Managers.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of a New Product Development Team. The Program Manager will manage program planning, reporting, visibility, governance, organization, business management, direction, control and leadership for all phases of the new program from development to successful entry into service.

Responsibilities:
Lead the integration and harmonization of all aspects of the program, technical, operational, supplier, aircraft customization and in-service performance requirements.
Lead the integration and harmonization of program business plans, schedules and milestones.
Qualifications:
Five to ten years program and organizational management experience
Masters in Business, Engineering or related discipline preferred
Bachelors degree with an additional 3-5 years work experience
Advanced knowledge of program or project scheduling
Strong people manager with knowledge of process improvement methodology (i.e. lean mfg., six sigma, process management)
