Overview:
AQYR, Inc., Executive Search has partnered with a local aerospace company to hire a EVMS Manager with an MBA. We are looking for a self-starter with a strong personality that can manage others well. If this is you please apply today!
Responsibilities:
The right candidate must have:
* MBA with a technical / industrial background, preferably aerospace with 7 years experience; or, extensive background in Program Management / Development with at least 15 years applicable industrial experience
* A minimum of 5 years experience working with EVMS, preferably Deltek Open Plan / Cobra / wInsight
* Solid background in program scheduling and financial analysis, forecasting and reporting
Additionally,
* Excellent analytical and synthesis skills
* Possess appropriate Business Acumen and Business understanding
* Excellent written and oral communication including to Senior Leadership
* Strong functional background (Project / Program / Finance / IT)
* Has ability to develop / work with software (macros / VBA / XML / etc)
* Some Process analysis, mapping, simulation and modeling
* Some ability in statistical analysis
