Overview:
AQYR Inc, an executive search firm specializing in the placement of aerospace professionals, has partnered with a global leader in aircraft manufacturing to recruit a Final Line IPDT Manager. This position is located in Wichita, Kansas.
Responsibilities:
Final assembly and delivery of a new business jet
Plan all aspects required to build the aircraft; plant layout, operations
Monitor manufacturing capacity
Manage risk sharing regarding schedule and quality
Provide leadership and accurate reporting
Qualifications:
Two years of experience using lean manufacturing
Experience implementing lean manufacturing
Experience with sub or final assembly of composite aircraft
MRP/ERP experience
Bachelor's degree
Project management experience
