Overview:
Production Manager
AQYR, Inc., Executive Search has partnered with a local aerospace company to hire a Production Manager. This motivated individual will direct and motivate the production crew. You must be able to communicate scheduling requirements and weekly performance data. Responsible for execution of the production plan. Requires the ability to motivate and direct a diverse workforce, ability to read & understand blueprints & engineering specifications and have familiarity with MS Word & Excel. Qualifications:
3 years of CNC machining
2 years supervisory exp in a manufacturing setting, aerospace preferred
Should have strong Lean/5 S background
