Overview:
AQYR, Inc., Executive Search has been asked to recruit an Administrative Assistant for a Wichita software company. This position will support the company management team and be a key role within the organization. Our client seeks a highly organized, skilled communicator with great administrative skills to join their team.

Responsibilities:
The Administrative Assistant will report to the Director of Operations and will support the management team with administrative duties such as:
  • Scheduling
  • Management reports
  • Answering phones
  • Travel arrangements
  • Typing correspondence
  • Filing
  • Office supply maintenance/ordering
Qualifications:
The best candidate for the Administrative Assistant position will have the following qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills
  • Solid computer knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook)
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • At least one year in an administrative or support role
