Engineer - Engine Installation System
Job Location: Wichita, KS
Overview:
AQYR Inc., an executive search firm specializing in the placement of aerospace professionals, has partnered with an international manufacturer of business aircraft to recruit an Engineer - Engine Installation System. This is a permanent, full-time position with fantastic benefits and full relocation package.
Responsibilities:
Be part of a new program development team responsible for the conception, specification, design, analysis, integration, development, test and certification of the Engine Installation system. Participate in trade-off studies, performance analysis and integration/certification of the Engine Installation System. Responsible for: • technical requirement development and validation • system architecture definition • validation/verification activities • support qualification, ground test, flight test and certification activities Some international travel required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors in engineering
- Five years experience in the field of Engine Installation System
- Working knowledge of FAA Certification processes
- FAA Part 25 Engine Installation System certification preferred
- MS Office
- CATIA V5 desired
